A Dream

It was the evening and the office was over.He was worried and scared but there was a different kind of feeling he was having today.All the sadness,pain and troubles that he had lately, it was not making him weak.He was waiting for her to leave the office.

"Hey,you are not leaving?"Shreya asked to him.
"I am waiting for my friend to come."he replied. In meanwhile Raech arrived.He smiled.she also smiled back.

"hiiee,kaisi ho tum"?He asked.
"hey.. after so many days...I am Good,and you?"
"Ya me too..fine".They talked normally to each other.
"Both hardly talked to each other because of misunderstandings in their friendship."
Her phone rang.She started talking on phone.Usually sometimes it kind of bothered him when she used to talk on phone with him around.But today he wasn't worried at all."I have to fix this",He remembered.
After few minutes,he saw her leaving while talking on phone.Without saying bye to Shreya,he ran after Raech.All in his mind was,"I have to fix this"-The broken friendship-Which was giving him so much pain that at some point of time,he felt no more living.After couples of minutes,he was besides her.She saw him,talked something on phone and hanged up.

She asked him about work and other stuff.Both talked like nothing bad had happened between them.Both were smiling and enjoying the talk.
They were talking like two besties who can never be separated.They talked forgetting whole history and there was only one thing they remembered-They are friends-best friends-irrespective of what all people think.
Finally they reached outside her flat.He didn't want to leave.She quickly went upstairs.He waited down for few seconds,then shouted,"I am coming up." On stairs, he met an old lady,sweeping the stairs.He looked at old lady.She gave him a weird smile offering the way. Outside Raech's room was a small terrace.He waited there."I am changing wait there",Raech said."I wanted to show you something".She came outside running and holding one bottle,possibly of liquor in her hands. She smelled and asked him to smell."What is it?",she enquired. It wasn't smelling like a liquor but the color was matching whisky's colour.Both checked for expiry date. "I doubt my one room mate is drinking this.I will find out who",she said in little anger.He looked into her eyes.She was no less than divine goddess.He offered a hug.She hugged him back.It was the best hug ever he got.It was different kind of happiness.Nothing could replace that joy.He felt if he was in heaven.Even she was smiling and expressing different kind of joy.There was a quiet moment.

No one said a word for almost forty seconds or a minute. I am getting married on October 15th to Aug-wu.He heard,but was not at all concerned.He was always happy of her being married.He could never be so much happier.Finally, all her troubles in her life would take a halt and a new happy life she was about to start.He looked in her eyes,congratulated her."Finally the princess is going to be the queen". He said smiling."Yup",Raech replied.


After talking couple of more minutes he decided to leave.With hands in hands,both knew they are the best friends.It wasn't what people thought about their friendship.It was what both thought of them.They had friendship which can never be replaced by any other relation.It was their soul which were meant to be friends,not mere the bodies.

"Wake up wake up,it's a brand new day,wake up.....",he heard the song.He saw around but no one was around.He wondered what could that be. He didn't want to hear that.All he just wanted to have is to enjoy the moment of getting his precious friend back.
